- Implemented a Safety Management System to comply with NHVR and CoR, including rolling it out across the business to employees
- Project managed a key site relocation project in Sydney for a National Transport business
- Assisted with launching an International Trailer Manufacturer into Australia, with imports and sales of 200 trailers in the initial two years
- Negotiated a $20 million Fuel contract providing savings of 2% per annum - Implemented Lean in a trucking workshop to improve the mechanics’ value add from 26% to 38%
- Drove an improvement plan through a Logistics business that resulted in a 7% improvement in divisional gross margin, through cost reductions and increased utilisation
- Turned a trucking company’s workshops from being a solely in-house cost to conducting external work, adding $1million in revenue without any capital investment
- Set up the sourcing of parts in-house, saving 24% in costs with an improved service to the fleet with greater warranty visibility
